Pañcakarma is a comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation therapy in Ayurveda, aimed at balancing the doshas (body energies) and promoting overall health.

This option makes Panchakarma more financially accessible by allowing you to perform the therapies yourself at home, while still receiving professional clinical guidance, diet protocol, medicine sequencing, and ongoing Ayurvedic supervision throughout the process.

Medication, herbs, oils, food, and supplies are not included and are purchased by the client separately based on recommendations from Jessica.
